Client Services Assistant - Full time

Are you looking to put your Dynamic Administrative and Customer Service Skills to good use in a Forward-Thinking, Professional yet Fun Team Environment?

Well look no further!!

Due to a retirement we are now looking for a confident and well presented person to provide Client Services Assistance to our clients and accounting team. This position is full time, Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm.

A formal qualification is not essential, but you need to have; 

  • Excellent Microsoft Office and administrative skills 
  • Excellent communication skills including phone and email
  • Friendly, professional and approachable manner
  • Organised, practical and can handle interruptions
  • Team player

Your responsibilities will include;

  • Client workflow scheduling and client file check in 
  • Client database administration
  • Word processing
  • Stationery and general office supplies purchasing
  • General filing
  • Other general administrative support

Trust Administrator - Part time

We are seeking a person to maintain and administer our Trust Register via CCH Trust Software

This position is part-time and is envisaged to be 2 or 3 days per week

For this position formal qualifications are not essential, but would ideally suit a person who has legal executive experience

Your responsibilities will include;

  • Collating and maintenance of new and existing Trust documentation
  • Administration and following up of documentation requiring signing
  • Gifting Administration
  • Liaising with Trust's Solicitor
