Here at Accounted4 preparation is underway for possible disruption as the COVID-19 illness continues to spread.
Health and Safety
First and foremost, we want to maintain a safe and healthy workplace for all team members, clients and visitors.
We respectfully ask all clients not to enter our workplace if; they have any COVID-19 symptoms, they have been in contact with anyone with COVID-19 or they have travelled internationally in the previous 14 days.
We are refraining from shaking hands with clients and encourage all visitors to use the hand sanitiser on our reception counter. As well as following basic personal hygiene actions e.g. frequent handwashing; we have also expanded our workplace hygiene routine to clean frequently touched areas regularly throughout the day.
Supporting our Clients
We want to reassure our clients that, due to our robust cloud technology infrastructure, we will be able to continue supporting them remotely if and when required.
The majority of our team already have the capability to work from home with very little disruption.
Our phone system is also cloud based, enabling us to redirect calls to mobile phones if it becomes necessary.
We are also encouraging our team to plan for client meetings via video conference rather then face-to face.
It is times like this when the benefits of sending and receiving records electronically becomes clear
We strongly encourage clients to put in place systems for scanning their records to us electronically and to consider receiving their financial statements electronically, if not already.
