We were so proud to be named finalists in both the ‘Customer Choice’ and ‘People and Culture’ categories at the recent Waipā Business Awards, which featured a fabulous 1920s theme and an incredible atmosphere. As proud partners of the awards, it was extra special to be part of such a well-run and inspiring evening celebrating local business excellence. Congratulations to all the other finalists, and a special well done to the winners, it was a fantastic showcase of the talent and innovation in our region.
Judge Geoff - Waipa Business Awards
We love seeing our team involved in the community, and recently our very own Geoff stepped up to lend a hand at the 2025 Waipā Networks Business Awards, this time as a judge.
With his business acumen and years of experience, Geoff brought a thoughtful and considered approach to the judging panel. But don’t worry, there was no room for bias! To keep things fair and transparent, he wasn’t assigned to judge any of the categories that Accounted4 had entered. That meant he could focus purely on celebrating other amazing local businesses doing great things in our district.
It was a rewarding opportunity for Geoff to give back to the Waipā business community, which we’re all proud to be part of. Volunteering time and expertise like this helps support the growth and success of local businesses, and that’s something we’re always keen to do.
Pink Shirt Day
Last Friday, our office turned pink in support of Pink Shirt Day, a nationwide stand against bullying and a reminder to spread kindness, inclusion, and respect.
From bold pink outfits to pink cupcakes, our team got right behind the cause.
It was a simple way to show that kindness never goes out of style, and it’s something we carry with us well beyond just one day.
