Tracey recently joined the Accounted4 team in May 2025 and works in the accounting team preparing and reviewing financial accounts and taxation. Since starting, she has slotted into the team well and seems like she has been a part of the crew forever. She is driven by helping others and has a keen eye for detail, with over 20 years of accounting experience to draw on when tackling tricky numbers.
Tracey grew up on a dairy farm in Northland and started her accounting career there with a local firm. She then spent some time farming in the Wairarapa, before moving to the Waikato to farm, about 22 years ago, then she went back to accounting.
She lives on a small lifestyle block on the outskirts of Hamilton with her husband Brendan, which is a perfect location as her passion outside of work is growing and photographing flowers. The last few years have been a never-ending journey of planting seeds, seeing which ones grow well and finding the best ones to be able to pick and share with others.
Tracey and Brendan have four children plus one grandchild and enjoy catching up with friends and family in the weekends.
