Xero Plan Changes

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

1. XERO PLAN AND PRICE CHANGES 

From 1 September 2025, the following prices (including GST) took effect for some Xero Business Plans, including the discount we pass on due to our Platinum Partner Status. 

  • Xero Ignite plan remains the same at $32.20 per month 

  • Xero Grow plan increased from $69 to $76.36 per month

  • Xero Comprehensive increased from $91.08 to $101.20 per month

  • Xero Ultimate increased from $103.96 to $115 per month

There are no changes to the Xero Ledger or Non-GST Cashbook subscriptions. 

If you currently use Xero Payroll, Expenses, or Projects your plan cost may vary depending on the number of people included.

The above price increases will be reflected in the Xero Business Plan fees invoice that you will receive from us on 15 October 2025.  We ask that you please keep a close eye on this invoice for changes to your plan and pricing and adjust your Automatic Payment accordingly.

2. GST CASHBOOKS ARE NOW IGNITE

WITH MONTHLY INVOICING

Last year Xero also advised that all GST Cashbooks ($28.75 per month) will be moved to the Ignite Business Plan ($32.20 per month) and this takes effect from October 2025. 

Up until now, many GST Cashbook subscriptions were included as part of your end of year accounts invoice. From 15 October 2025 these subscriptions will instead be invoiced monthly as part of Xero's updated billing system and the change to the Ignite Plan. This isn't a new cost, its simply changing your Xero fees from annual to monthly billing.

3. PAYING YOUR XERO FEES BY DIRECT DEBIT

As a result of these invoice changes, we strongly suggest that our clients move their Xero Fee Invoice Payments to GoCardless Direct Debit.

GoCardless securely debits payments directly from your bank account, so you don't have to remember to pay your Xero fees invoice on time or update your AP if the invoice amount changes. You will be advised of any pricing changes in advance.

Setting up GoCardless direct debit is very easy! When you next receive your Xero Fees invoice, click on the green ‘Review and Pay’ header box and follow the prompts. There are no fees and you can cancel anytime.

If you do switch to GoCardless please remember to cancel your AP.
