About the Role
You’ll work closely with a diverse range of clients, preparing and reviewing annual accounts, providing practical business advice, and helping clients navigate their financial challenges with confidence and ease.

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
2–3+ years’ experience working within a Chartered Accounting (CA) practice
Sound compliance technical knowledge
Experience preparing and reviewing annual accounts
Excellent client relationship and communication skills
A high level of confidence with technology and cloud-based accounting systems
A proactive, organised, and solutions-focused mind-set
A genuine desire to make things easier for clients
Bonus Points For
Experience with farm accounting or rural clients
Business advisory skills / enthusiasm to develop in this area
