We would like to advise that Xero has announced price increases to all its plans, effective 1 October 2026.
The revised subscription prices will be reflected in your Xero Fees Invoice issued on 25 November 2026 (due 20 December 2026). If you currently pay by Automatic Payment please review your invoice carefully and update your payment accordingly to avoid any underpayments.
The below prices include GST and reflect the 20% discount we are able to pass on through our Platinum Partner Status.
Xero Ignite: increasing from $32.20 to $34.04 per month
Xero Grow: increasing from $76.36 to $81.88 per month
Xero Comprehensive: increasing from $101.20 to $107.64 per month
Xero Ultimate: increasing from $115 to $124.20 per month
Xero Ultimate Payroll Users
If you are on the Ultimate Plan using Xero Payroll for more than 10 employees, the price for each additional employee will increase from $1 to $2 per employee per month (excluding GST).
Paying your Xero Fees by Direct Debit
To make future Xero price changes easier to manage, we encourage clients to switch their Xero fee invoice payments to GoCardless Direct Debit. Thank you to the many clients who have already made the switch!
GoCardless securely debits payments from your designated bank account, eliminating the need to manually update payment amounts whenever fees change. You will continue to receive advance notice of any pricing changes.
Setting up GoCardless direct debit is simple:
Open your next Xero Fees Invoice.
Click the green "Review and Pay" button.
Follow the prompts to set up Direct Debit.
There are no setup fees, and you can cancel the arrangement at any time.
If you do switch to GoCardless, please remember to cancel your existing AP to avoid duplicate payments.
