To be considered for this role you need to have customer service and administration skills that are second to none. You will be our front line ambassador who is professional, well presented, friendly and enjoys meeting and relating to people of all ages.
As an integral part of the company your role will include;
Answering all telephone calls, office administration emails
Greeting clients / visitors and calendar management
Accounts payable (using XERO software)
Incoming and Outgoing Mail / Receipting / Banking
Website / Blog Administration
Client Seminar / Event Assistance
To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate;
Intermediate Skills using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Exceptional time management and organisational skills
Above all - you need a friendly, outgoing, warm personality!
