A4 Christmas Party
This year our wonderful Social Club organized an 'Op-Shop Ball' as our Christmas Party, what a fun night that was! Great food, great music, great company and to top it all off the Copper & Cream ice-cream trailer visited.
Team Building
In November we all headed out of the office to Lake Karapiro for a team building day. We started the day off by spending some time with Andrew Miller from Roar Coaching who helped us re-visit our team values. We also pitched tents in teams, blindfolded, with one instructor per team which was a challenge and a half but we all got there with a few laughs along the way! So amazing to be able to get together and reconnect as a team post Covid.
Gumboot Friday
On the 4th of November it was a 'gumboots and cupcakes' kind of a day in the office as we supported Gumboot Friday. This is an incredible initiative set up by the 'I AM HOPE Foundation'. All funds that are raised enables the foundation to connect NZ children with free counsellors.
Movember
Well done to Ben who ran over 60km's this #movember and raised $1,175!
Great effort on the ‘mo’ but more importantly for raising awareness surrounding Men's Health, both physically and mentally.
The team at A4 are very proud of your contributions towards such an important cause!
International Men's Day
On the 19th of November we acknowledged the awesome men that we work with. We are very lucky to work with these amazing people that help make up our team here at A4!
Melbourne Cup
Always a fun day in the office, we love a reason to dress up & enjoy a glass of bubbles and nibbles, after 5pm of course!
Ben and Ann-Marie took out BEST DRESSED, with Sharon coming through in second place.
Fully Certified Payroll Team
Congratulations to Anne who recently passed her Level 5 NZ Payroll Practitioners Qualification! Carolyn & Kate also recently passed their NZPPA - Certified Payroll Consultant (Level 4) qualification- Our payroll team is now fully certified! This is an AMAZING achievement and we are very proud of all of them!!
