Carolyn Lawrence

Carolyn joined Accounted4 in February 2007, starting out in an accounting and support services role. In 2010, she transitioned permanently into the Support Services Team—where she discovered her true passion.

In January 2024, Carolyn stepped into the role of Client Payroll Manager, where she works closely with clients to manage and support all aspects of their payroll needs. She also continues in her role as Tax Admin Manager, keeping a close eye on all things tax-related for both clients and the wider team. Carolyn is a valued member of the firm's Leadership Team, where she brings fresh ideas and enjoys the broader perspective her role offers.

Outside of work, Carolyn enjoys a full and active life. She loves spending quality time with her husband, her two grown daughters, and her young grandson. Passionate about health and wellbeing, she keeps fit through regular walking and reformer Pilates. Carolyn also enjoys winding down with a good book and has a strong interest in sustainable living.

As one of Accounted4’s sustainability champions, she helps guide the team toward more environmentally conscious choices.
