Carolyn Lawrence

Carolyn joined Accounted4 in February 2007, starting out in an accounting and support services role. In 2010, she transitioned permanently into the Support Services Team, where she discovered her true passion for helping clients and supporting the wider team.

In January 2024, Carolyn stepped into the role of Client Payroll Manager, where she works closely with clients to manage and support all aspects of their payroll needs. She also continues in her role as Tax Admin Manager, keeping a close eye on all things tax-related for both clients and the wider team. Carolyn is a valued member of the firm's Leadership Team, where she brings fresh ideas and enjoys contributing to the broader direction of the business.

Outside of work, Carolyn loves spending time with her husband, her two grown daughters, and her two young grandsons. A keen gardener and coffee enthusiast, she enjoys staying active with regular walking and reformer Pilates, relaxing with a good book

She also has a passion for sustainable living and helping others make environmentally conscious choices.

As one of Accounted4’s sustainability champions, she helps guide the team towards more environmentally conscious choices and initiatives.
