At Accounted4 we pride ourselves on providing a high quality service, and adhere to the Chartered Accountants Australia NZ Code of Ethics. The Code is available by clicking on this link.
Despite our efforts there may be times when we do not meet your expectations. If this happens we need to know so we can adapt our approach. Your feedback is important to help us understand your needs so that we can improve our service and do things better.
What you should do?
If you would like to make a complaint, offer a suggestion or give a compliment, we have a number of different options you can use. Our Business Manager, Christine Stevenson, is your first contact and she will endeavor to resolve any issues promptly.

What happens next?
Many problems can be resolved immediately. If the issue is more complex, we will keep you informed of the progress of your complaint or suggestion.
If we can't reach a resolution together, if you feel your complaint has not been resolved to your complete satisfaction, you can contact the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants. NZICA takes any breaches of the Code of Ethics seriously and has a strict process for dealing with complaints about any members.
